We blend weapon defense, striking, and grappling to build practical, real-world self-defense skills. You'll learn how to adapt both modern and traditional martial arts techniques so you can respond effectively and confidently in real-life situations.

MMA

We train MMA as a dynamic, sport-based system that combines striking, wrestling, and grappling into one cohesive style. The focus is on building well-rounded athletes through safe, structured training that develops timing, conditioning, and technical skill. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced martial artist, the class is designed to be accessible, challenging, and adaptable to all levels. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

We blend modern sport-focused Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with traditional techniques, training both Gi and No-Gi to develop a well-rounded game. You'll build strong fundamentals in control, submissions, and positional strategy, learning how to adapt your skills whether you're training for sport, self-defense, or personal growth. Striking

We focus on high-level striking by blending the best elements of Dutch kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai. Training emphasizes sharp boxing fundamentals, powerful kick combinations, and effective Muay Thai clinch work, all tied together with the pressure and pace of Dutch-style kickboxing. The result is a well-rounded striking system built for timing, precision, and real fight application.

Kids Jiu Jitsu

Our Kids BJJ program is a fun, engaging introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for ages 7–14. Classes are built around games, drills, and structured learning that keep kids active while developing coordination, discipline, and confidence. Open Mat - Sparring & Rolling

Open sparring and rolling sessions give you the opportunity to test and refine your techniques in a safe, supportive environment. It's a chance to put your skills into practice, build timing, and gain real experience against resisting partners while staying controlled and respectful. These sessions are open to both adults and kids, provided they have an appropriate training partner, ensuring everyone can train safely and confidently while continuing to develop their game.

Fight Fit

FightFit is a high-intensity strength and conditioning class designed to help you train like a fighter. Using HIIT-based circuits, you'll build explosive power, endurance, and functional strength while pushing your conditioning to the next level. Each session is fast-paced, challenging, and scalable for all fitness levels—perfect for anyone looking to get leaner, stronger, and fight-ready.
